Free Shipping
Free Shipping is available on certain product. If available choose Economy Free shipping at checkout.
Tracking Info
Package Tracking information will be sent to customer using the email they have provided. In most cases Packages will ship via UPS, FEDEX.
Large Oversized Items
Large Oversized items will ship via freight depending on the weight and size of package. Freight Tracking information will be provided to customer via email. Freight Company will contact Customer via email or phone provided to schedule delivery once package has arrived to local Loading Dock. Freight Company might require customer to pick up the order at loading dock or warehouse depending on size and in the case that a truck can not Deliver order due to size of street and local traffic laws. Items that ship freight include Tents, bumpers, bed racks and other large items.
Processing Time
Order Are Processed in 2-3 Business days. Other variables include products with lead-times and that are made per order. This could cause delays.
Signature
Signature is not required for most items but Carriers may require signature at their discretion.
Damaged Order
If order is damaged during transit call Super Overland Outfitters right away. If possible refuse delivery. We will make arrangements for package to be picked and and returned.
Document the damage and contact us within 3 days of delivery to file claim. Arrangements will be made to ship replacement as soon as possible.
For items that were shipped freight, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the correct product was received free of damage prior to signing the bill of lading. If the signature was provided without any documented damage, the customer is acknowledging that the product was delivered free of damage. In other words if the signee has signed for the product the product is non-returnable and a damage claim cannot be filed.
