Stainless Steel Wind Shield fits behind the single burner stoves for the original full size Skottle. 

The Wind Shield works by inserting it into the skottle's burner cage and blocking wind from effecting the burner flame.

 The shield works best when the open end is exposed to the wind.  In other words,  when it is windy,  aim the open end of the wind guard into the wind.  It will create a high pressure zone around the burner blocking the wind.  Yes, really!
